OUR STORY
My name is Kika Vlazaki, I was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece. Art has been in my life for as long as I can remember. My father was involved in painting, making engravings and jewelry,I inherited the love for arts from him.
I have studied music (advanced theory) and theatrology at AUTh.
Following my dream for a quiet life, I left the big city in 2014 determined to start a new life in Skyros, in direct contact with nature and especially the sea. What I receive from art and refer to its therapeutic part, I try to inspire it in children through a workshop that I have created by giving art and music lessons with the aim of adding a small stone to the emotional and spiritual development of my ;little friends. Painting is not a hobby or something I do in my free time, it is the most important part of my life.
Through the situation of the pandemic and having more time at my disposal, as all kinds of lessons had been frozen for two years, I created my own Art Gallery in which I exhibit my works painted on natural materials (stone, cloth, wood, etc.) and with this online store I hope to connect with people across the borders of the Sporades.
